If you're doing any publications work, even for internal audiences, Photoshop is an absolute must.  It is the industry standard for photo management and editing, and you'll be surprised how much power it has, and how easy it can be to use.  Alter, enhance, retouch and restore old and new photographs, as well as add layers, work with filters, and more. 

PREREQUISITE:  A working knowledge of the Windows environment
